Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

10 miles this morning although over a minute slower than last Sunday. Didn't think I wasn't dawldling but obviously was.
NE wind direction instead of the usual South westerly direction so still in my face most of the way.

I went out late into the sunny evening, when the crowds had left Mugdock park behind for me and the dog to play in. Slow and easy to start and then a better pace on the more open trails. Wound the pace up for the last kilometre and enjoyed it lots. All this and sunshine and birdsong too. Sometimes I really love running.

10 miles again this morning. Meant to do something shorter but thought "well, 7 miles takes around 52 mins so another mile or so pretty much takes me up to an hour to round things off" then decided I might as well round that up to 10 miles as it's only a quarter of an hour tops.

Sluggish 9 miles intervals (2 out, 2 back, 5 of the really hard work stuff). Mentally not there at the start, all over it by the end. Club runs with a good coach really work (for me). Aching today but that's most likely because I didn't warm down properly.

I did a lovely progressive run first thing - perfect weather, just under 4 miles and I enjoyed nearly every step :)
