or should I say, you'll get used to running at lunchtime and not get that feeling!

Hendo as a Fellow HR runner I think I would have been OK if I stuck to under 70% WHR but as I felt like I was in a very public area I went for it a bit more, which was tough as I did that yesterday. I know it's not big and clever but I just felt like a new kid on the block.
I just wanted to try I lunchtime run as it adds a bit more flexiblitity to my runs.

That's one of the toughest parts of HR training hellybob and I can empathise - just remember that you'll be faster than them on race day!

I have no problems with it with my regular runs as I don't see a soul for hours but today just showed me how shallow I really am
I have tomorrow off and I am only going out for a shuffle but I have the day off to find a house before Christmas (just sold mine and they want to complete the chain before then) so b****r only know what my HR will do.

It will react to stress, as mine did after a stressful period of late, just work through it and take it easy - keeping to 70% will stop you overworking, breaking down and keep you healthy and sane during stressful times. And good luck too.
Gobi - think i said yesterday but was cold and wet, but that was a genius time in those conditions yesterday, fantastic.
