How bloody ridiculous is this running lark!
- 8, Cross country run with the dog who decided to empty himself at the very start - didn't see a dog bin for 2 miles - so there I was, freezing my wotsits off running along in the freezing cold carrying a bag of dog poo in my hand.
Bet Gebrselassie doesn't have to put up with this sort of thing.
I need shooting!

-3 6.5 miles. Nice and slow. Streets, and a couple of laps of my local park. No slips or slides.
And saw 3 other runners in the park. A shock, thought it was just me out there at the moment!

Got 4 miles in today, only -8 up here in Cheshire so ran in flip flops and a mankini, flip flops offered no grip so was quite a slow time in the end.

It was the wierdest thing that has ever happened to me whilst out running - serves me right I could see the freezing fog as I left the house.
