Great, came 3rd in Parkrun better time than I hoped, not bad off marathon training, bloody tough though!

wet n windy - 6.53 miles - 1.53 were warm up and cool down but 5 solid miles all under 15 min miling and a neg split or 2 lol!

first run for a couple of weeks - hard stuff going on at home, mum in hospice and dad had heart attack - felt like complete beginner again :-(

Sorry to hear about your dad hope the prognosis is good, sorry about your mum as well. Just do what you can when you can

Well done redrum & B-lass,great running, Mulbs best wishes for your family.
Paced a friend at Parkrun to her st PB in ages, was a really good race enjoyed it much more then usual, a great start to the weekend.
