Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

quite good, straight after work, round the local hill. fairly steady pace as the sun was setting. Lots of wildlife. Only people I saw were on the far horizon, so you can tell summer is well and truely on its way as it's getting so busy around here :-)

nice easy 2 miles round the park, no HRM, no watch. Fresh. Afterwards, happy.

Glorious, ran top a local lake where Mrs J and the kids were having a picnic. Quick cup of coffee and then back to work and shower.

Fab 6 mile run in forest, ran first 3 with Bompey and then second 3 on my own. 5 deer ran in front of my, scared the shite out of me at first but then watched them run away deep into the trees. Also 2 buzzards playing above the tree tops. Trails were really quiet, sun was warm, no clouds and a tough hill to finish that took 10min...... bloody fantastic.

Nice jog over the hills, slow pace, and finding new routes. Getting busy now summer is on it's way - saw two people. Had to slow down on way back as it was getting dark and didn't want to go over on the descent. Cracking :-)

Got the all clear from the physio this afternoon to increase the pace a bit. Got home and got out as soon as possible and had a great run in the late evening sun.
