Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

10 miles. First half deliberately fast. 2nd half reigning it back to 10m/m pace to simulate tired legs for the upcoming marathon. 1st half consequently horrible. 2nd half lovely!

Hard and horrible
had a twinge in my back near the left shoulder blade 3 miles out
walked for a bit then managed to control the pain enough to run home slowly

painkillers ,coffee and a hot bath should make me feel better

Belvoir Half

Personal Best - My first sub 2 hour half so feeling pretty happy, can now join in with the tapering madness.

Kingston Breakfast run. Managed to run non stop (not one single walking break) for the full 16 miles.
Longest I have ever run in one go - and 12 minutes faster than the 16 miles I did last weekend in training.

Am well chuffed. Bring on VLM!

Did a 5k today and managed to run the whole distance with no walking breaks. First time!

I was on a treadmill and going at a slower pace than my regular, but still an achievement!
