Cracking little 5 miles round and over the local hill, superb weather though a slight bit cold. Rock hard ground, new route as well.

5 coolish miles, mostly fields, trail & promenade, where the surface was perfect; dodgier on the side roads to/from base.

Snowy and fab! 5k mainly on trails in 30 mins. A candidate for my favourite run of the year.

4 miles in deepish crispy snow - temp really dropped. Bugger down the big hills where they have been sledging!

lost my bus fare so instead of 4 at luchtime & 6 with club I did a further 6 to get to running club, so an accidental 16 miles.
The ice & snow hasn't affected my training or mileage at all, in fact I will have my highest mileage month since August
