Fecking hilly and 4 miles at tempo pace with 2.3 miles at 8 min mile pace after and it was misty, but finished with a lamb burger in the woods......lovely.

Nice slow 5 mile recovery, though I did do first at 6:50 pace cos I was being followed. :-)
