Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Boring...8 miles easy on treadmill at home :-( Still, at least the music was decent and no wind or rain showers to contend with !!! :-)

5 miles (my longest run since my injury). Instead of sticking to the miles and miles of flat where I live, I chose the only hilly loop around here and it didn't do me any favours!

12.31 miles without really going anywhere in particular. By turns dull, painful, exhilarating and tragi-comic. If it was a television show it would be Good Old Days or some such slightly shabby variety show.

5 miles, furthest I've run in months because of injury, so it was great. Sweaty, but great.

1 mile easy warm up, 2 x 3 x 600m intervals at 1 mile PB pace, then 1 mile easy warm-down :-)

if it were a day, it would have been a groundhog - but 2 minutes faster, and without the canine harassment of yesterday.

Ah, the Leeds City Varieties and Leonard Sachs! Just for dodging my homework ;)

Very nice, even if there was a slight headwind in both directions and twonks parking on the entire pavement so I had nowhere to go.
