Oh yes. Forgot to say - today's run was nice and easy. 3 mile recovery run at 11:00am in the warm sunshine. Long may this weather remain.

I think I am a little more fatigued maybe than I realised but just felt a little flat. Will just chill for a few days and train light as I am sure it is nothing serious.

Great speed session today. Total distance was just under 4 miles, so seemed far too short, but felt good and strong and loved the sunshine again.
I take it no-one else is running You're probably mostly working, but I still can't find a job (ho-hum).

It's always assumed that you will be running Gobi. I feel like running again today, but I won't - must stick to the schedule! I will however, be doing a 25k row on the ergo after work tomorrow.

Yes. One reason is "I can do it". There was a gym challenge to row 50k in any 5 week period in June and July. Staff obviously must do it. There were only two days that I could fit it in, so I did 25k on Wednesday before last and I will do the other 25k tomorrow. I am now planning another attempt at 100k next March. Please don't anybody ask "why?". The answer is "I haven't done it yet".
