Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lovely!
Great company
Quite humid

Was 'run testing' a Garmin 405. Initial impressions. Nice and light. Easy to read. Moves less on my wrist than the 205 (which I was also wearing to compare pace and distance variations ) Takes a bit of getting used to with navigating the menus, but the more I use it the more my brain finds it quite intuitive! The battery life thing is my one worry, as many things for which I USE my Garmin are longer than 8 hours.<br>
I quite like it actually!!!!

Too hot, too hungover, too slow! 5 miles in about 7 minutes longer than my PB! Glad it's over now, though.

Utterly awesome. I dare anyone to top this today. Ran over three 2,000 foot hills in central Scotland, with not a single cloud in the sky. Also, felt superb, even on the vertical bits and had my fastest ever descent back to the car. Total: 6 miles, 2300ft and 68 minutes. Add a comment in my training if you feel benevolent!

I managed five miles with no pain for the first time in ages, I also looked rather splendid in my new shorts, shirt and shades...

I am pleased
