Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I love those fruit- seed flapjaks too Greg and the best trick with Graze is to hve 3 or four accounts and don'tpay full price for a box

The clifbars I like dont have dates or coconut in them - I hate dates and coconut, every recipe for a "healthy" bar off any desription always has either one or the other or both.:(

The clifbar I bought was...

~fiddles around in courier bag~

A Trek mixed berry bar and not what I thought at all. Arse.

I use a very old Be-Ro recipe which has crushed cornflakes in it. Lovely!

I also make skinnyjack after someone on Fetch mentioned it....

I'll be making some flapjack tonight, as it happens. Though I don't know why, because it's intended to be post-race sports nutrition for racing cyclists so it's a bit pearls-before-swine ;)

For the amount Graze charge I'll happily come round to your place of work and control your portion size :-)
