I made two slices of seeded wholemeal toast and spread one with peanut butter. As it was smooth butter, and I fancied some crunch, I was going to put actual peanuts on it. But I couldn't find them. What I did find though was a packet of balti mix. Ok, I'll try that. There's some peanuts in it. Worked pretty well I'd actually put the top slice on before, then took it off, so peanut butter on both sides probably helped keep the filling in. I was a bit cautious though, and only put balti mix on half a slice. Just in case.
