Well done!
1kg on in 2 weeks. Not surprising looking at how little cheese is left in the fridge.

Well done MandyMoo. Surprised here, below 70kg for the first time in about a decade. 69.2kg this morning. Suspect it'll bounce up a bit (seems too low, would've been delighted with something just under 71kg). Will keep having smaller portions, less wine (husband on call this week which reduces temptation), few snacks. Plus including stairs at work whenever my hip lets me. Best wishes all.

Our (other half and me) list of excuses for midweek booze has grown alarmingly - I've been reducing volume and number of nights, seems to help. Lets face it, less booze is usually a good idea. Easier to reduce now that family visiting season is over and house alterations nearly done. GG is your mum going to be able to renew her passport in time?

We are social drinkers and seem to be social animals. We donโt drink masses though & I do like a few AF nights I should have said mum brought 2 mini bottles of Prosecco up not a big one.
We submitted the application on Monday and today she has a notification to say itโs approved! Phew

Haven't had any alcohol for 3 or 4 weeks (since I was poorly) it was thinking I may have a gin later

I'm weighing daily at the moment, partly to make sure there's no upward drift, but sadly I'm not seeing any downward drift either. Although I don't eat a lot as in quantity, clearly what I do eat is too calorie dense.
Have we talked about body fat percentages? According to these new scales, mine is 24% and that's fine for my age according to the internet - but my middle is so chunky
