Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My experience is also largely of the hospital. Aa a patient and as an ambulance first responder.
The hospital isn't the greatest of such establishments, sadly.

I'm so excited that I made it to Dartmoor - just a mile away from Dartmeet and Badger's Holt. I remember that nasty climb from the Dartmoor Discovery in 2011. I wouldn't want to do that on a bike, glad I only pass through virtually ;-)

My favourite thing about Hereford is when Robert De Nero pronounces it as "here ford" in Ronin - and Sean Bean doesn't correct him.

I can tell I am in Scotland - after the light breezes of the last few weeks it has become windy! ;-)
At least the wind should keep away the midges. :-)

Those chasing a gold start need to be past Exeter cathedral in the next couple of days

Ah but when does midge season end?

30 outdoor miles, Exeter reached and passed and most of the way to Exmouth, which is where my brother and family actually are today.

I grew up in Hereford. Beautiful place full of narrow minded people in my experience (I include most of my family in that definition unfortunately). Glad to have escaped.

With a 38 mile bike tour this morning, I made it past Exeter. First 200km bike week since 2000 when I was a triathlete. These days, I'm a runner who sometimes hops on the bike.

I'm just a bit disappointed that my google view is black at 156 miles. Does anyone know what the problem is? Am I in a tunnel?
