Based on my recent 10K PB

Tempo for me will be according to McMillan - 9:01 to 9:25 (slower than 10K)
Progressive I like and I'd forgotten about, so starting at about 11:00 which should be 70% WHR and if I've got 4 miles to do 10:30, 10:00, 9:30, 9:00 (10K was about 8:54) and a mile cool down
HMP for me is now 9:25 i.e. very slightly faster than my HM in July based on yesterday's 10K.

That all seems reasonable to me, thank you Gobi. Plan for the week now depends on the weather tomorrow!

Well I did the six miles with four at tempo, in my case a bit faster than HMP.

Taper doesn't mean not running, Princess. Get out there and do some easy miles.

I've not run it since 2002. Quite good fun, although very crowded at the start.
