Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

HowFar?
Swallows repeatedly dive bombing a magpie in the yard. There are several nests in the sheds and the magpie strolling around just outside was obviously looking a bit suspicious.

2 treecreepers in the garden. Two! Guessing one or both are young.

The Swallows dive bomb my cat. He doesn't care.

I think I just saw a blackcap. If it was that's a first for me.

Walking on the north Norfolk marshes today, 4 spoonbills flew overhead. Very distinctive profile!

Was on a ferry there and the wind was gusting up to 50mph, outside watching the gannets swooping in kissing against the white horses was a magnificent sight.

Wow! Amazing spottings. I’m in central Bristol for a week. Only expecting to see rats.
