Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Indeedy! Amused to find my right arm uniformly grubby from wrist to elbow. Perfect landing.

Slipped on some greasy mud this morning, taking a short cut in road shoes. The mud was soft but the ground underneath still rock hard. Ice and elevation coming...

Yikes, that looks sore.

Lots of falling over going on on Sunday, we were out on the fells supporting my wife's [Bobs] JNLC (Joss Naylor Lakeland Challenge), conditions were flipping horrendous. Quite a few casualties in terms of cuts and bruises, I did a couple of powerslides on my bum coming down the Seatallan descent :-(

Ouch Oranj, that's a good one! Heal well.

Fingers crossed, I have stayed upright for the last 3 weeks!

It should be OK, I'm trusting the magic power of a bag of frozen peas. I won't be doing much pilates for the next few days though.

I feel over a tree root on my run today about 1km in. My arm hurts.
