Get Heidi to run your chest with Vic's Ian.......it won't help your cough but you'll feel a whole lot better......It works for me..................Obviously I use my wife not yours to do this......*backs quickly out of the thread and heads out for a run*

Love the race report Fetch.
Speechless indeed - lot of use I was today at work, couldn't answer the phone or anyone's questions. Also couldn't go on and on about how good yesterday was, which was more gutting.
My throat is really sore and a whisper is all I've got left. And that takes effort and makes me cough

Evening all
Glad to see we've talked Barky into a late Summer repeat
My Ham is still sore - I am walking quite straight-legged. I'm popping Ibuprofen, doing a bit of icing, and staying off it - got the physio on Friday for a bit of investigation. I've had a pop from my hamstring before, a couple of years ago - and that time it was about two weeks before I got running again - so if I can do the same or better, it won't be too bad. And I've still got PB-anaesthetic to keep the pain away

Hello peeps. Just to clarify- the 41sec 100m was my son, not me- even I'm not that slow!
Fetch- you seeing my phys or the one you saw last time? Hope it's only a minor problem.
