Too right Ally, I can't believe how much I've just had to read to catch up...Oh and don't go on about Beast's spikes or he'll never take them off:-)
Just read the article Fetch, excellent piece.
Is the East Midlands mile now the standard by which all other miles will be judged..?;)

I did not get much work done today, spent too much time catching up with this thread and feeling guilty about it...
Still, leaving now for a recovery bikeride.
Rich and I went for a 4+ mile run in the evening yesterday, to get the stiffness out of our legs, but I can really feel the quads today, even after some stretching while teaching a yoga class this morning!!!

I would certainly think so FS! It was a top event, and one of the BEST fetchie gatherings I have taken part in! In line with Fetchpoint and Round Norfolk Relay I'd say
