Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I do think we need a heat for the quickies (those of sub 6min), and another for the others (which will be OS & I :-)). Do the kids after that, and then 1 or 2 fun things...

Like the idea of a daft 400m, or a relay (with the kids) & mix up the teams. We cant use the field event areas....

After all, it is all for fun....:-)...

Is everyone ok about me trying to get some medals for the kiddies (and the cost being passed around all of us?)

barky - can you not borrow the stopwatches from work? i would but might not get into work before hand.

no worries about the cost. my biggest bubs will not be up for racing and my smallest is only 3 so i think 400m is a bit beyond her but she could do part of a relay. get them both a medal anyway and i will stump up the readies :-)

we could use the results of the mile and the kiddies race to do a mixed 4X100m handicap relay.

Me too Barks. I think Raging Bull will be comin along with our little one. She's not running but it would be nice if we could let the little man have a blast up the track and then give him his first ever medal:-) He's only 20 months and loves running already.:-) No worries about the costs.

Cheers:-)
