Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

We will be in a bluey greeny VW Bora. See you all there....

hopefully everything will run smoothly tomorrow and we will be there for 12.30. Daughter has speech and drama exam in the morning which should run on time and fingers crossed that she won't repeat fridays projectile vomiting.
my Oh will be around double figures for the mile so you should have company Canute - welcome to fetch and see you tomorrow.

UPDATE Not looking likely - all my symptons point to a throat infection. Off to Loughborough NHS Walk-In Centre in the morning to see if anti-biotics are required. :(

With a bit of luck, I'll be there tomorrow - but it's also my boy's nativity (he's playing sheep #1) so I have to check the timings. Hoping to do better than a very unofficial 6:38 that I ran back in October 2005. I was doing 5 x 1km intervals with 60s breaks back in September, and doing each km in 4:0X, so in the mentalness of racing conditions, I'd really like to get close to 6 mins for an all out effort.

Oh, and I shall probably be in my sister-in-laws pale blue punto.
