Hoping to do better than a very unofficial 6:38 that I ran back in October 2005. I was doing 5 x 1km intervals with 60s breaks back in September, and doing each km in 4:0X, so in the mentalness of racing conditions, I'd really like to get close to 6 mins for an all out effort. Oh, and I shall probably be in my sister-in-laws pale blue punto.
