Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

prediction from me - anything less than 10mins will be very disappointing. will be dead chuffed with 9mins. could be anything between 9.30-12.00mins or a DNF for me

absolutely no patronising claps or cheers as i chug my @rse round - much more appreciated will be the *come on* *hurry up* *stop running like a fepping girl* type comments.

excuses will include bad chest, bad recreational habits, needing a wee (i always do in a race!), TOTM, not run for over a month, it's too cold, no pacer, and having to carry JRD round cos he is poorly (get well soon mate - only not before sunday ;-))

UPDATE

Woke up. Felt crap. Drank OJ. Now feel a bit better. Might run later (not scheduled 12 miles though). Might not. Still phlegmy and snotty and headachy.

Will turn up if only to be seen in me Fetch vest that I bought *specially*. Oh and to point and laugh at OS doing a wee at 0.675 miles. ;). And to support my clubmates who it seems I haven't seen for *AGES*.

Puppies are okay though.
