Congratulations to everyone who took part today and thanks for organising it Barky, it's all appreciated. Personally, I took 18 seconds off my PB to record a 5.28 so I am now a very happy man!! Decided against the 100m (too risky) but maybe next time.

That was fun! Thanks, Barky. And thanks to all the cake-makers
I got an unexpected 1 mile PB.
Kevin ran 8.18 for the mile and declared afterwards that she should have run harder. Then she beat me in a head-to-head over 100m.
eL Bee! just ambled round looking like he could have done the same again, say, 25.2 times over. A bit of training is called for

What a truly FANTASTIC day.
Superbly organised and ran like clockwork (I'm sure the timing issues on the first 100m were just to get us warmed up ;)) Some incredible performances and generally great running all told!
I hope His Fetchiness's hammy is ok
Sorry about leaving early from the Pub afterwards, but the Climbing Wall Called.
As for me
I've just about stopped coughing my lungs out of my chest
Mie was about ► 5:18 ◄, but waiting for Barky's official pronouncement (It's still a 20 second PB - no matter what - and I'm DELIGHTED with that :):):):))
Re-run 100m was ► 13.46 ◄
Pretty pleased with that as an Old Bloke too! Almost as fast as the last recorded 100m I did as a Kid (U16)
BRILLIANT BRILLIANT BRILLIANT day

Awesome day! Loved it! Everyone seemed to have fun and the kids were well behaved and the cake was gorgeous! Think we need a recipe thread! That lemon cake was lush and the brownie's yummy! 1m PB for me in 9:01 damn that 1 second. 100m PB (1st time done ) in 19:47
Just need to check my diary for the west midlands mile!!
Oh and for some reason I couldn't put kit with just 1m of usage in the wash so went and did 3m at home - twas a stupid idea!
