Hello everyone, I hope you are well! I'm just emailing round to see if anybody has an electric heater (or two) that we could borrow in the main Reading Room? It is very drafty and cold in here! The RSD did have some mini radiators in previous years but cannot find them. Would really really appreciate it! All best |

Good morning, I am delighted to share the programme of planned activities and events at Cambridge Digital Humanities for the Michaelmas term. I would be grateful if you could circulate the information below amongst your colleagues, students, and networks. Please find CDH’s Michaelmas Term Card – in colour – attached as a PDF. |

Good Afternoon all, As you are no doubt aware we currently have some protestors sat in reception carrying out a peaceful protest. I have spoken with them and they have assured me that there will be no malicious damage and the protest is completely peaceful with some singing and a picnic. The Police have been called to remove them from the reception and we are currently awaiting a team to respond as multiple buildings have been targeted within the area, as soon we have any further updates I will let you all know. Please contact me on my mobile if you need any further information. |

Not yet. Only got the email five minutes ago. Dear all, We have been informed that the West Cambridge Data Centre has no power which is causing many University services, including CUFS, to be unavailable. A major Incident has been called and all relevant parties are working to resolve the issue. An update will be provided once more information is known. Apologies for any inconvenience this will cause. |

Ouch. Glad I got my order for a shiny new instrument in before that happened. I'll stop mashing refresh then!
