The Pure Flow and Pure Cadence are probably slightly heavier than the Silence but would guess the Connect is on a par or maybe lighter. Should be able to pull up the weight on the Brooks site. Bargain there Marts! |

Do they run "true to size"? If I am an 11 in most sports shoes, would I be in these too? Will there ever be a boy born who can swim faster than a shark? |

I like them but they are a bit soft for me, I end up heel striking as I cannot feel the ground. I run in Hyperspeeds or Brooks T7 racing flats. Like someone else said though everyone is different, my OH loves his.

I love my Union Jack Green Silences. I've worn them for my 5k and mile PBs. I could probably get away with wearing them for a 10k but I'm not strong enough to run that hard for a Half yet. Tav, I wear a 8 in Saucony shoes and the 8 in Green Silence is perfect for me. |
