Well I wont be refuelling on the "Well deserved" Fosters in the finish village. Don't know what I've done to deserve that piss ![]() Straight to the pub, post race then ![]() |

Has anyone figured out who's doing Fetchpoint for Brighton this year? I've organised it for the last two years but can't do it this time...but I'm still keen to see someone do it as it's so much appreciated & I don't want everyone to assume that someone else is organising it. |

I've not heard anything about a fetchpoint this year ![]() Pete - I assume you'll be getting to the pub early after winning the race, save us a spot? |

Well I will try Mrs W, but with Ch4 covering the race, I'm sure my media duites will have to come first... ...for a couple of hours anyhow ![]() |

Sorry Mrs W - must have got it wrong but assumed that last year was smaller pens because Magpie was in a different pen from you and despite mention of three pens on page 18 of the guide, the map of the start on page 20 shows the 5 pens last year (but not the time bands allocated to each): brightonmarathon.co.uk |

I know there are a few Fetchies who are coming to support but the only one I know for sure was asking about Fetchpoint is Pesto and she's organising the VLM Fetchpoint the next weekend so I think it's a bit much to ask her to do anything for Brighton too.

There was definitely a 3.15-4.00 pen last year as I was in the same one as my very fast friend! (which had never happened before) I remember the colours being red, pink, blue and green - so there must have been 4 starts, as well as the sub 3.15 one. I wonder how they divided it then?
