Hello all, well sadly I am still struggling with injury and have run very little in the last 6-8 weeks. I am going to have to defer my Brighton place:( Really sad to have to pull out, but I'll be back! Good luck everyone :)

I'm back on the shall I/shan't I step again. I have a horrible cold and haven't run since last Wednesday, but I'm hoping that I can do a 20 this weekend at some point.

I expect I'll finally make up my mind the day before ...

I know I *want* to, I just don't want to make a pig's ear of the whole thing.

I'm looking forward to the pub afterwards as much as anything - hailing SouthCoastPete as the winner is always great fun, the looks from the other people in the pub are priceless :-)

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
