Thats not bad, not a heat wave and unless the wind gets up to 25+ not that bad at all, cooling even? Could be alot worse that. Think for me, my slight head ache, runny nose and throat, extreme sleepyness are taper madness!

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
