No sniffles at all, and maxing the fruit and veg to keep them at bay. Only problem is my garmin is playing up. Wont download and now wont charge....grrrr

Perfectly fine today. Achilles is being a little niggly but it's always like that. Wibble...can't wait until it's finished with.

Came very close to twisting my ankle on the way home last night though...caught myself just in time before any damage was done.:)

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Group Photo 08:15?

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
