Tapernoia has set in. I ran on the treadie tonight as there's been snow and some of the paths are slushy and a bit slippy.

And I hate the treadie.

I ran on the treadie too Nellers. I'm bored of being cold. More bored of that than the boredom of running on a treadmill. :-0

Its cold and dull.

Wouldn't mind cold and sunny, but cold and grey is just miserable.

That said, exposing my pale winter skin to 15 degrees and sun could be interesting.....:)

You see I'm at a distinct advantage having run a sunny 17 degrees Seville marathon in February - I'm all acclimatised!

Of course, we all know deep down that the real weather on the day will be about 8 degrees and drizzling.

20 and sunny would be nice...the long range forecast I saw thinks it will be 13 and sunny at 1pm...starting at 5 first thing...

On the BBC weather web site. Cloudy 6 to 10 degrees.

Think everyone can be pleased with that? This time next week shall be driving to the Exbo.............:)

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Group Photo 08:15?

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
