Thats good news CE, I did rather enjoy touching the hand of Gus at last years start :)

Got a bit of a knee problem at the moment. Think I may have knocked my left one, though I can't remember were. Went out for a run this morning, and it started to feel sore, so I stopped and went home.

Think I will rest it until the weekend, and see what happens.

15 and dry great for runners and people watching!

Im staying in the Thistle Hotel,on the seafront and need to get to Withdean Park. Can not figure out if Dyke Road is closed or not? Or is it best to get a park and ride ,or train. Any help is welcome.

Taxi is the easiest way - we booked each time and it dropped us off close to the start.

Pre-Race for the regulations Fetch Photo, please assemble outside the massive white tent in the middle of Preston Park.

As you look up the park (it's a slope) we shall be congregating on the right hand side of said massive white tent... the information and lost sprogs tent, it is close to the Pavillion...very close.

Group Photo 08:15?

Post race, we are heading to the Hop Pole pub.
