Couple of notes look to have been added to the website today - start is definitely 9am and watch out for the roadworks on the A52 and A46 on the drive in. Route looks good to me - broadly flat until the short and long course split, then 'undulating' with a couple of steep bits before dropping down fairly steeply off the ridge and the gentle run in. Last mile or so likely to be proper muddy once all the short course runners have been over it. Good luck all.

Firmer than last night (then it would have been as I was off-road by accident, wearing brand new shoes and no torch) but still with plenty of give. Mizunos it is, then.
