We used to have a supermarket up the road that sliced their own bacon. They did little packets of off-cuts, mainly streaky. Mum bought loads of them and we used to gorge on bacon butties after the pub. They don't make bacon like that any more.

Unsmoked back 1st choice but also like streaky and smoked. I also make bacon and tomato pancakes. Can post recipe if anyone wants it.
