sallykate 24 Sep 8:56pm, 24 Sep 2024 15,160 posts	0 sallykate I've made Christmas cake which is still good to eat in March! It's so rich it doesn't seem to go off. I'd have thought marzipan would freeze OK, so maybe you could make an ordinary-sized one and freeze in slices? Wrap slices securely in film and put them in a ziplock bag.
