Well done Som. Well deserved.

Been out for a run ( Well run/ walk) wasn't that keen but had to 'show up' even if my mojo wasn't there. But on the way round, I met a friend from the running club with her week-old baby trying to get him to sleep. (He had gone to sleep when I saw her) That was a lovely start to the day.

Yesterday, we said goodbye to an old friend but met our new Afgani baby, Nora (one week old). My dear friend with cancer has now officially told me and OH so at least I can talk about it; and FIL's dodgy looking prostate is benign. So it was very much a down-up kind of day ❤️

Rollercoaster day ITG but that's good news about FIL.

Can't decide whether to run or cycle to the coffee meet-up this morning. A day of lots of driving (and sitting in traffic jams) meant my hip was grumbling more last night than it has for a few days.

I runned, to make it interesting I ran up to where I'm doing a one-day pop up exhibition in town tomorrow. It was quite nice out but literally as soon as I stopped running, the sun came out :-)

Now back at home, doing some "admin" (fetching etc) while we have a new bathroom floor laid. :-) We had the bathroom done a couple of months ago so this will finish it off. :-)
