A the 24 one I didn't even need a longer break, it wasn't as exhausting as i'd thought it would be, 'dissapoining' again, I want a race that makes me totally exhausted, to feel the pain like I've done sth that really was hard. And I really like small laps! I'm running among other runners all the time and not at the back of the pack with noone to be seen. Yes it is the Pam Storey's one. There's another 48 earlier on, in June if anybody was interested. In Poland though. If I go to PL net year, I should be there in spport crew. I can't wait for more info. Do we sleep in tents there? I really hope I won't be bankrupt anymore by August!

Don't want to bombard her with too many e mails with the same q. Pity I didn't know a few days ago as I could have cornered her on the track! I assume if there is a 6 day option you just dip in and out and it is quite flexible
