Morning all. Enjoy your runs this morning, I'm having a lazy day today, might just have a walk later to stretch my legs ready for dragging them through mud tomorrow. Always get so nervous before XC as it's a team competition and our team sometimes struggles to get a decent womens side out. I expect to score for us tomorrow which equals not much sleep tonight!

My plan today is just to get cold.
Started well be parkrun volunteering and now about to hang a bird box and sparrow terrace. Then later a church hall.
I do my best.
