Take wide step to left while bringing straight arms strongly out and down to your sides. Bring right foot in to left while raising arms back up to ceiling. Wide step to right, bringing arms down then close left foot to right, bringing arms up. Repeat as many times as required. Simple but you can work up a sweat doing this!

I did the challenge straight after a short tempo run. Mountain climbers when you’re a bit hot and sweaty meant my glasses fell off midway and I couldn’t see the timer!

I thought a bit more active stuff as I am not running today.....wall sit much easier, I think it is the leg angle and sitting up straight. With all my other stuff, it'll be a bit session come the end of the week.
