About Me

Got into running when I finished football cos I was scared of getting fat and being at home. I did get fat and leave that particular home but life was nowhere near as bad as it would have been without my friend Mike making me run across fields and such. I was an intermittent runner who needed goals to perform. However, I have run 12,000 miles in 10 years of running and have a streak (currently 48) of 100 miles a month as well as 26 marathon/ultra finishes.
