Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker. I understand. No-one likes ads.

But our site costs money to operate, and I need to eat.

Please consider enabling ads for our website, or making a voluntary donation. If you donate, I can turn off the ads for you for a period of time. Average donations are about £3.50 per month, so a tenner would give you three months ad free.

Here's a link to our donation info.

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

About Me

Been running since cheering on runners in the 2006 Glasgow Half Marathon. Ran it in 2007, raising £3,300 for Prostate Cancer Charity. Now looking to improving my times at 5k, 10k and half marathon distances, as well as giving as many other events as possible a go. Plenty more from me on my website (http://leyton.org/diary) - I'm the Event Director of the Glasgow parkrun in Pollok Park (spell it with a C at your peril), see parkrun.org.uk - Also ran the London marathon in 2009.
