ClaireT Good turnout tonight and the sun came out join us after a pretty grey day. Found this quite tough, but then 5Ks should be. Legs still a bit weary from the half on Sunday so I am pleased enough with my time. Only 5s off PB and I know I will have more to give on a fresh day. Happy days. ian9657 Pushed all the way by Pauline and Katie but refused to let them overtake me resulting in us all getting PBs. My old PB was 21.33 so chuffed to bits. Wow that's a wava of 72.06 :-) Unaffiliated 19:43 20:38 20:38 71.37
rleyton Club handicap. Really quite pleased, not least that that's 2 minutes off of my previous 5k PB (@RPTT). Felt good enough to pick the pace up towards the end too. Bellahouston Road Runners 20:43 20:59 21:25 60.97
