Edmondo Fairly steady paced run all the way round as my fitness is improving all the time but still a way to go until I get back to where I was last year. Ended up being reasonably lightly handicapped to reflect that as only done the one half mara race this year and ended up 2nd to finish but awarded the President's Cup since first finisher isn't actually a club member as yet. ian9657 OK 11th but could have had a quicker time but runners with similar times failed to turn up so ended up running on my tod with no one pushing me or to aim at for much of thr race. That said another 70+% wava! Unaffiliated 19:43 20:19 21:17 69.75
rleyton Hadn't really felt brilliant, so just figured I'd see what happened. Largely stopped caring a couple of km in, but seemed to get a result within ~30s of my 5k PB, so suggests I should be able to have that if I put the effort in :-) Bellahouston Road Runners 20:43 20:43 21:35 60.90
