hannkies An okay, if not spectacular race. Probably ought to have been a bit quicker than I was and felt good in training recently but felt a wee bit lacking during the race and maybe got into a comfort zone at some points. Excellent course layout, almost perfect running conditions and great to see some excellent performances all round so well done to everyone. Ian Hmm, much like Richard Leyton, I wasn't particularly ready (I thought this was the same distance as the relays until late Friday night!), I started off too fast in lap one, watched everyone go by in lap two and managed to pick it up in lap three to regain a degree of respectability.
