About Me
I got a mad idea one day in 2015 that I wanted to try running (haven't a clue where that came from) so started C25K. I've been running/plodding ever since. I'll never go any further than 10k (can't find the time) but will take pride in and enjoy what I have achieved at my time of life. I like to try to find a Parkrun if I'm ever 'away' on the weekend
