Chester Marathon, new PB. The quest for sub 4 continues!
No complaints. Think it’s a fair reflection of my training block and fitness.
Needed a wee at start line but it was too late.
Ran with 3:45 pace group until half way, felt very comfortable, but lost them when I used the portals at half way, and struggled on my own in the second half
