Run (and wade) from home, easy paced, but rather hard going with strong wind and a lot of surface water - and large puddles! such fun today - not; I felt rather sluggish at first, but felt easier after a mile or two.

Well done for getting out there in Storm Christophe Evangel. 5 miles is no easy feat in that sort of weather.
If someone on the 1000 thread can run in all weathers in Orkney (Peter Fay), then surely I should be prepared to do likewise in South Wales! However it was a bit challenging!
Well done going out in strong winds & rain not the best but 5m in the bag.
I had intended doing a Long Run, but decided to reschedule. "The best-laid plans of mice and men....."
It may partly depend on how old Peter Fay is. My two younger sons seem to go out in anything.
