PlodderRW Have a tendancy to go off too slow at the start of a race, so I decided to try to tackle that here....was bit too enthusiastic and ended up in all kinds of trouble. After 6 miles I was ready for a sit down and maybe a bit of a chunder. Decided to jog to 8 miles and see whether I felt any better, didn't happen, jogged all the way home.
