Jubear On target for 2.10 until mile 10.5-11.0 when I blew up, as always at this point, legs barely turning over for last 2 miles. Oh and the very last hill up to the arena was a heartbreaker. Feet sore and rubbing from about 7 mile, Stabils with orthotics put pressure on inside-ball of foot, only swopped from the gels cos achilles was tight on Thurs. Bad move. Back tightened twice at mile 7 and 9 or so. Chip not gun time quoted; gun time about 2.14.59...

LazyDaisy Very hilly, but manageable until the last couple of miles. Kept to a 10 min/mile pace until mile 10 but legs began to tire badly then!
