Club Sessions
Wednesday
Main Club Night, meeting at the Harrier's Pavillion at Exeter Arena from 6.40pm (for 7pm start). We finish between 8 and 8.30pm.
Usually there is a track session, but this cannot be guaranteed if the track is being used for races.
However, there are always a number of different pace groups, ranging from 6 min/mile all the way to 15 min/mile heading out on the road and sometimes off-road in Summer.
Non-members very welcome, just turn up. Free for the first week, £2 sub thereafter (members £1 sub per week).

This is a coached track session which is a little more “laid back” than the Wednesday Club Night. Sessions vary throughout the year but usually begin with a speed session for the junior sprinters and then change to speed/endurance work for the middle and longer distance road runners. In Winter months, sessions are more focused on strength and stability through circuit-training style workouts.
